The idea was inspired by drawings such as lotus flowers, palm trees, and local trees that symbolize the area. From there, the layout lines with square shapes create strong contrast, affirming value, suitable for urban space. The lines are straight, square, and parallel, combining rhythm and rhyme techniques throughout the plan. Giving the project a modern, simple, yet luxurious look, increasing its value.
Taking the form of a new development area, the architecture is modern, friendly, suitable for the landscape and context, meets development needs, and contributes to the beauty of the urban area, improving the quality of the area's range. Brighten up residential areas whose locations are limited by existing, renovated housing areas that are narrow and difficult to access.
