The project has brought new and diverse spaces to the district administrative area in Dong Thap. With the newly added functional spaces such as the lotus pond area, the reception coffee space has helped the administrative space become less rigid and dry, while still evoking the landscape features of Dong Thap. In addition, the highlight of the public campus is the open square for the community. This is a new perspective for administrative spaces in Vietnam. People will become an integral part of these spaces, helping to bridge the gap between the people and the government. Works for civil servants and public employees were also added and newly designed such as the Canteen, the Hall to bring diversity and comfort to the people operating in this campus. |
